Celebrating Lola Anderson - MBE!

OVS are delighted that 'old girl' Lola Anderson has been named in the New Year's Honours list 2025 for her remarkable contribution to rowing.

Lola has been made a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) along with her Olympic Gold women's quadruple sculls team.

Lola visited the OVS back in the summer following her Olympic success and shared her journey with the girls. On behalf of the whole OVS community, we send Lola our very heartfelt congratulations - you are an inspiration to all of us.
